Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "cuci24" or "Platform" refers to the website cuci24.onl together with all related services, applications and products.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the cuci24 platform.
• "Account" means an individual player account registered on the cuci24 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any credit, free money, or promotional reward given by cuci24 to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer procedure that requires verification of a player's identity.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, live casino, slots and all other products available on the cuci24 platform.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any cuci24 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with cuci24's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the player and the platform.

cuci24 reserves the right to update, modify or add provisions to these terms at any time without prior notice. However, any changes that come into effect will be published on this page with a clear update date.

3. Eligibility and Registration

cuci24 account registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration.
• An individual registering for personal use only, not representing a corporate entity.
• Has never been banned or blocked from using the cuci24 platform or any related platform.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list enforced by cuci24.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent, broker or representative of a third party.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different personal information is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed along with balances being frozen.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Players are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur.

4. Player Account

A cuci24 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared or used by any other party. Players are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.

Players are required to:

• Keep their username and password secure and confidential.
• Not disclose login information to anyone, including cuci24 staff.
• Log out of the account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to cuci24 customer support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

Players who suspect unauthorised access to their account must contact cuci24 customer support immediately via live chat or email. cuci24 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's negligence in maintaining account security.

5. Deposits and Payments

cuci24 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Crypto assets — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the method chosen. cuci24 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however players may be charged by their own third-party payment service provider.

Players are only permitted to deposit funds from a payment method registered in their own name. Use of a third party's payment method is prohibited and may result in the account being frozen and funds returned.

cuci24 reserves the right to decline or cancel any deposit transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. All successfully credited deposits are final unless otherwise stated by cuci24.

6. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed if requested.
• The account is not under suspension or investigation.

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved by the cuci24 finance team. Withdrawals in cryptocurrency are subject to confirmation by the relevant blockchain network.

Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the original method is unavailable, cuci24 reserves the right to select a suitable alternative method following additional identity verification.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

cuci24 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their respective specific terms in addition to the general terms stated here.

cuci24 Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Another example: deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 → balance RM1,100 → wagering required RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

The cuci24 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to active members. Players are upgraded automatically based on wagering activity: Bronze Tier receives up to 0.5% cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5% weekly.

cuci24 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.

8. Game Rules

All games on the cuci24 platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.

cuci24 is not responsible for any disputed game outcomes arising from a player's misunderstanding of the rules. In the event of a technical dispute such as a connection interruption during a game, cuci24 will refer to the server records to determine the actual result.

The use of software or methods designed to exploit system errors, including but not limited to automated bots, betting scripts and software manipulation, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

9. Software and Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, brand names and other materials on the cuci24 platform are the property of cuci24 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes. No player or third party is permitted to:

• Copy, distribute, republish or sell any platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer or modify any cuci24 software.
• Use the cuci24 name, logo or trademarks without permission.
• Automatically scrape data or content from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

cuci24 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. cuci24 does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, fully secure or error-free at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci24 will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage suffered by a player.
• Losses resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Game or betting outcomes that are technically valid even if unintended by the player.
• Acts or omissions of third parties including game providers, banks and e-wallet providers.

In all circumstances, cuci24's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits credited to that player's account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

cuci24 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or platform abuse is suspected or confirmed.
• The player is unable to verify their identity when requested.
• The account has been inactive beyond the period set by cuci24's internal policy.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities to do so.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cuci24 customer support. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under cuci24's licensing jurisdiction. cuci24 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set out therein.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through a consultation process between the player and cuci24. Players are required to submit a complaint in writing to the cuci24 customer support team first.

If a resolution cannot be reached through consultation within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to a recognised arbitration body or relevant alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without being affected.
